Reception
While you enjoy the space and privacy of your own personal apartment, you’ll also get the traditional hotel benefit of an attentive reception team.
Our reception is open 7 days a week, from 8 am to midnight. Should you have any queries at all during your stay, our reception team will be delighted to help.
Arrival Information:
Check in is available anytime between 2 PM and Midnight. Please note that the following documentation will be requested upon check in:

- Photographic ID (a photocopy will be taken)
- Credit card / debit card for incidental charges
Early arrivals:
If you arrive earlier than 2pm, please come to reception – we will be happy to check you in if your apartment is ready for you. If your apartment isn’t ready, we can store your luggage in our storage room while you wait.
Late arrivals:
If you expect to arrive after midnight, simply contact our reception team prior to your arrival, and they will be happy to provide you with the relevant codes for the main entrance and for the safety box where your keys will be stored. Should you have any difficulties entering the building please do not hesitate to contact our emergency contact telephone number, which you will find in our main door.
Departure information:
Our standard check out time is 11 am and the process couldn’t be easier. Simply return the keys to a member of our reception team, or drop them in our Key Box and you are all set to go.
Late checkout:
Should you require a late check out, please contact our reception team and they will be happy to arrange it for you whenever possible. Please note that a fee will be applicable, and that late check outs will be unavailable on dates when we are fully booked.
