These Terms are applicable to all Contracts made by The Hyde Park Executive Apartments and its clients and apply to all reservations, bookings and meeting room hire and use of all facilities.

Clients are invited to read these terms and note their responsibilities, arrangements for payments and cancellation terms.

Terms of Supply

CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATIONS

For any reservation if valid credit card details and payment authority is not given by the Client then subject to any outstanding obligation the Contract will cease to be of effect. The reservation will be released and be resold without any further notification to the Client.

PAYMENT

The payments to be made by the Client are to be made on the date of arrival and the amount as specified in the reservation.

If any payment terms are varied prior to arrival then the payment will be charged on the date reservation is confirmed.

Any additional charges due to the hotel from the Client for the Services shall be paid by the Client on presentation of an invoice.

For group bookings 100% of payment must be received at the time of booking.

Upon arrival a £50.00 debit or credit card pre authorisation will be required as a deposit or room guarantee. This will be automatically released upon check out.

Please note we offer hairdryers and adaptors in Reception and we take deposit of £20 for hairdryer and £5 for adaptor, which is fully refundable once the item is returned back to Reception.

Luggage serivce is free of charge before the check in time. After check out luggage service costs £5 per room per day for any amount of bags.

We offer Handy Phones, which can be used for free calls to UK, China, Hong Kong, Germany, Israel, Spain, United Arab Emirates.

CANCELLATION CHARGES (“NO SHOWS”)

The Client agrees to pay charges to hotel in the event of cancellation of the Services or if the Client and/or their guests fail to take up the Services at the time and on the day specified in the Contract. The cancellation charges are calculated as mentioned in the contract.

Hotel will provide a cancellation number to a Client , should the client wish to cancel the reservation.

OTHER

Dear Guests please be informed that pets are not allowed in our hotel.
